Korean reviews are shockingly honest. Look for 솔직 후기 (honest review) — these are the most helpful. Photo reviews (포토 리뷰) are gold.
Korean online shopping hack: sort by 최신순 (newest) not 인기순 (most popular) for reviews. Check if reviews mention 내돈내산 (내 돈 주고 내가 산 = bought with my own money) — it means not sponsored. Sponsored reviews say 제공받았습니다 (was provided).
